Building & Demo Permits
When applying for a Zoning Use Permit, please complete the application that fits your project:
- Building Permit Application for New Homes or Commercial Buildings
- Permit Application for Minor or Major Remodeling to Residence & Buildings, Additions and Alterations, Swimming Pools, Fences, Signs, Accessory Buildings (i.e. garages, sheds), Decks and Porches.
- Demolition of a Building/Structure Permit
A completed permit application must be submitted to Princeville Village Hall at 206 N Walnut Ave. Permit applications can also be emailed to villagehall@princeville.org. From the time your completed application is turned in, it could be at least 48 hours before a zoning use permit will be issued.
